Rachel has a unique and commanding posing style which she brings to the stage, photoshoots and also as a posing coach for other competitors. We love the heroic classic poses that she performs as it seems to suit her personality as well as it being a perfect way to display her physique. Our recent shoot, she was in pre-season shape: not as hard as competition shape but still chiseled and defined. Rachel qualified for the 2025 Olympia in the Women’s Physique division but chose to sit it out, as per the information she relayed via her social media posts. The body condition that is necessary to step onto that stage is tremendous and extremely difficult to maintain, especially if the competitor had to compete earlier in the season. We are looking forward to seeing her onstage again soon as her posing routines and physique are mesmerizing.
